Our beginner Core Fitness class is designed to teach the foundations of effective and functional core training. Ideal for those new to Pilates - Yoga fusion, this class focuses on developing awareness, control, and coordination of the entire core system.

You will learn to understand your core as an integrated system that includes the diaphragm, deep back muscles, abdominal muscles, and pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor works in coordination with these muscles to manage pressure, support the spine, and stabilize the body during movement. This approach improves posture, breathing mechanics, and overall movement efficiency.

Through structured, low-impact exercises, you will build your strength and stability progressively while developing proper technique and body awareness. This class supports not only strength and bone health, but also the process of restoring confidence in how your body moves and feels.
