Essential Care For Thy Feet

by | May 6, 2020 | News this month

How are ya?

Since this new world order started and for the longest time I’ve felt like I’m living inside some sort of a post – apocalyptic movie… For some reason The Hunger Games always came to mind… What about you?

In line with this Sci – Fi theme, Satori yoga classes went on-line in early April.

Whoa, that was quite the transition!

Now, a few bleeps and bloopers later, I’m super duper encouraged by how well these classes are going! Of course nothing can replace a live yoga class, where there’s a palpable energy of people breathing and moving together…

Buuuut, at the same time, I’m very excited about the possibilities of on-line teaching, and the way the on-line offerings can augment live class programs.

So this May, in addition to the usual weekly on-line yoga schedule, I’m hosting the 5th annual Spring Feet Clinic –  On-Line of course!

Essential Care For Thy Feet – The Tools, The Skills, The Practice.

Curious about our on-line classes? I get that!
Here is a short version of “explain this pose” video. All current on-line yoga students get these weekly, in addition to their live class. Check it out!
(The video so far is in SD – I’m still waiting for my webcam order to arrive!)

Hey, my name is Julia

Living with chronic pain has taught me to look for solutions in unlikely places –  places where most people see only problems.

Over the years I’ve gotten to be pretty good at this problem-solving and silver-lining finding thing.

So good that I felt compelled to share what I’ve learned and help others to find their sea legs while navigating, living, and winning their battle with chronic pain.
