Hi Julia! I really enjoyed your well organized class, my very first yoga class, on Saturday! The hour seemed to go so fast! I was particularly aware of your attention to the individual needs of each participant, no matter how small. I plan to use the therapy balls as an additional tool to my daily stretching & exercise regimes, in the hopes of significantly reducing my discomfort levels due to my arthritis. Hopefully, the muscles around my bad knee will strengthen with time, thus alleviating the pain & limited movement in my knee. Thank you so much for giving me yet another “tool of hope” in managing my chronic discomfort to this point!
